What we need from you
One named workflow owner, access to 2–4 relevant stakeholders, examples of the current inputs and outputs, and enough system context to understand the handoffs. Production credentials are not required for the initial audit unless explicitly agreed.

What happens after the audit
You can implement the recommendations internally, ask another supplier to quote them, or continue with Digital Kitty through a pilot or milestone-based project. The audit is useful even when no build follows.
