B2B INTEGRATIONS & OPERATIONS SYSTEMS

Remove the manual work between sales, operations and finance.

We connect the CRM, ERP, e-commerce and back-office tools your teams already use — and build the partner portals or internal workflows they are missing.

Best suited to distributors, wholesalers and operational teams with recurring order, pricing, partner or data-sync bottlenecks.

WHERE OPERATIONS BREAK

Growth creates more handoffs. Your systems do not always follow.

The problem is rarely one missing app. It is the manual work between the tools, teams and partners you already have.

Orders move by copy and paste

Sales and operations re-enter the same order, price or customer data across email, spreadsheets, CRM and ERP.

Partners cannot see the right information

Dealers and customers still ask for catalogues, stock, prices, documents and order status through manual channels.

Teams spend the day chasing status

Approvals, exceptions and handovers depend on individual follow-up, making delays and mistakes difficult to prevent.

WHAT WE CHANGE

Connect what already works. Replace only what does not.

We start with the workflow, not a preferred platform. The result may be an integration, an automation or a focused internal product — whatever removes the bottleneck with the least unnecessary change.

System integrations

Reliable data flows between CRM, ERP, e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics services and internal databases.

Workflow automation

Automated intake, validation, routing, approvals, notifications and document handling for recurring operational work.

Portals and internal tools

Partner portals, customer areas, dashboards and operations systems built around the process your standard software does not cover.

We can work with your existing CRM and ERP. A full rebuild is not the default recommendation.

A BOUNDED WAY TO START

Start with the smallest step that can reduce uncertainty.

You do not need to approve a large transformation project after one call. We can first map one workflow, test one integration or deliver one measurable pilot.

5–7 BUSINESS DAYS

Workflow & Integration Audit

We map one critical workflow, the systems and stakeholders around it, the current risks and the most practical route forward.

Process map, systems map, priority findings, target-state recommendation, roadmap and estimate range.

2–4 WEEKS

Integration Pilot Sprint

We solve one high-value bottleneck with a production-minded implementation that your team can review and measure.

A working integration, automation or focused workflow with documentation and a clear next-step recommendation.

MILESTONE DELIVERY

Portal or Operations System

We design and deliver a larger portal, internal system or multi-system workflow in accepted milestones with visible progress.

Agreed product scope, repository access, staged releases, launch support and handover documentation.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Final scope, timing and investment are confirmed in the proposal and Statement of Work.

HOW AN ENGAGEMENT MOVES

From one workflow to a production system.

01

Fit call

In 25 minutes, we clarify the workflow, business impact, systems involved and whether there is a sensible next step.

02

Audit or scoped pilot

We reduce uncertainty before a larger commitment by mapping the process or solving one contained bottleneck.

03

Milestone delivery

Each stage has agreed outputs, a review point and clear ownership. You see working progress rather than waiting for a final reveal.

04

Launch and improvement

We support rollout, documentation and handover, then continue under a separate support agreement when ongoing work is useful.

SMALL, SENIOR-LED DELIVERY

Senior delivery without the consultancy layers.

Digital Kitty is a partner-led studio run by two principals. Denis has 8+ years of experience building enterprise applications and CRM systems. Ivan brings 16+ years of experience in business discovery and project delivery, spanning CRM, process automation and e-commerce platforms. Every project is led by one of us directly — no account-manager layer and no broken telephone.

You work with the people responsible for the solution, decisions and delivery.

Business and technical ownership

We can translate an operational problem into a practical scope and carry it through implementation.

Deliberate team size

Additional specialists are added when the scope requires them, not to create an unnecessary delivery layer.

Transparent delivery

Agreed milestones, repository access, visible decisions and documented handover keep the work understandable.

FOR AGENCIES

Need senior delivery capacity for a client project?

We support digital, CRM and product agencies with white-label integrations and custom development. You keep the client relationship; we work within the agreed delivery model.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we discuss a workflow.

Can you work with our existing CRM or ERP?

Yes. We normally begin by understanding the systems you already use and where the handoffs fail. Replacing a core platform is recommended only when integration or targeted process changes cannot solve the underlying problem.

Do we need a full specification before the first call?

No. A clear description of the workflow, the people involved and the current pain is enough for an initial conversation. If the scope is still uncertain, the next step may be a paid workflow audit.

What can be delivered in a pilot sprint?

A pilot should solve one bounded, measurable bottleneck: for example a CRM-to-ERP sync, catalogue or price synchronisation, document intake, approval flow or a focused partner dashboard.

Who owns the code and infrastructure?

Ownership, repository access and infrastructure responsibilities are agreed in the proposal and contract. Our default delivery model is designed to leave the client with access to the code and the systems required to operate the result.

Can you work alongside our internal team or existing agency?

Yes. We can own a defined workstream, integration or product area while using the client’s existing communication, repository and review process.

How do you handle confidential information and personal data?

We agree access, data handling and confidentiality requirements before sensitive work begins. NDA and data-processing terms are available when the project requires them. Specific security commitments are documented for the scope rather than assumed from a generic website claim.

Have a workflow that still depends on email, spreadsheets and manual follow-up?

Tell us where the process slows down. We will help you decide whether the sensible next step is an integration, a focused pilot, a paid audit — or no project at all.

We usually reply within one business day.
